Before entering TSU premises for transactions with the 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (ARO/Registrar) and/or 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭, 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐃 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝.
