I. GUIDELINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

  1. The title of the research should be centered at the top of the page. Format using Times New Roman, bold and font size of 14.
  2. A subtitle may be included under the title. Also centered, Times New Roman and font size of 12.
  3. Name/s of the author/s should be in Times New Roman with font size of 11.
  4. For the first line after the author’s name, place the name of department of the author in Times New Roman and font size of 10. Place the name of the Institution/affiliation of the author on the second line in Times New Roman and font size of 10. On the third line, place the email address of the author in Times New Roman and font size of 10. For researches with more than one (1) author, please use the format below:
  5. For researches with more than one (1) author, please use the format provided below.
  6. Research abstract should not be less than 250 words but not exceeding 500 words, and should capture the scope, objectives of the study, the research design and highlights of the results and conclusions. Format is in Times New Roman and font size of 12.
  7. Provide maximum of five keywords. Format is in Times New Roman, font size of 9, italicized and indented.
  8. All abstracts must be submitted to [email protected] on or before October 23, 2020.
  9. A notification will be sent to the author one (1) week after the submission indicating whether the paper is accepted or not.

    Abstract—This electronic document is a “live” template. The various components of your paper [title, text, heads, etc.] are already defined on the style sheet, as illustrated by the portions given in this document. DO NOT USE SPECIAL CHARACTERS, SYMBOLS, OR MATH IN YOUR TITLE OR ABSTRACT. (Abstract)

II. GUIDELINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER

  1. For all research abstracts accepted for presentation, the full paper must be submitted to [email protected] on or before November 6, 2020.
  2. The full paper must contain following:
    1. Abstract
    2. Introduction
    3. Methodology, Results & Discussion
    4. Conclusion
    5. Future Direction
    6. Reference
  3. The full paper should be in one-column format.
  4. The research title should be in Times New Roman, font size 14.
  5. The research body should be in Times New Roman, font size 12.
  6. The submission must include an extended abstract not less than 250 words but not exceeding 500 words and should be in Times New Roman, font size 12.
  7. For tables and figures, place figures and tables at the top and bottom of columns. Figure captions should be below the figures; table heads should appear above the tables. Insert figures and tables after they are cited in the text.
  8. Use footnotes sparingly (or not at all) and place them at the bottom of the column on the page on which they are referenced.
  9. Citation and referencing must follow the APA format. It is highly encouraged to use referencing tools such as Mendeley.
III. GUIDELINES ON THE PRESENTATION

  1. Presenters will be given only five (5) minutes to present.
  2. The presentation must be limited into a maximum of five (5) slides, highlighting only the relevant topics and discussion of the research.
  3. There will be a Question and Answer (Q&A) session every after presentation. For the Q&A session, only a maximum of two (2) questions from the external evaluators will be entertained.
  4. For research papers with multiple authors, only one presenter shall be allowed to present the paper.
  5. The presentation must be submitted to [email protected] on or before November 13, 2020.
