CCS students enjoy the first big college event of the academic year, the CCS Meet and Greet, which is an activity where freshmen were welcomed in the college in colorful fashion, this Friday afternoon, August 30, at CCS Quadrangle, TSU San Isidro Campus.
Not only did the CCS College Student Council (CCS-CSC) initiated the annual affair, the different college-based organizations, and The Browser, prepared their respective booths for all Red Hawks to enjoy.
The CCS Meet and Greet 2024 saw the whole freshman batch of the College of Computer Studies for this academic year participate in their Freshman Parade where each section introduced themselves to the crowd.
Performances by the CCS Artist Circle also kept the program alive, after the introduction of the three departments' professors and instructors: Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), and Information Systems (IS).
The college's dean, Dr. Alvincent E. Danganan also graced the Cinco de Mayo-themed event where he encouraged the freshmen to enjoy the festivities and join student organizations.
